PAT On-line Product Moisture Measurement Solution*
Invensys and Mathis instruments have partnered to produce a compliant control solution for the on-line end point measurement of product moisture in a fluidized bed dryer. The complete solution utilizes a combination of technologies, knowledge and services from both Invensys and Mathis. This partnership employs Mathis effusivity sensors and Invensys automation technology expertise, application knowledge, process and controls know- how and their validation and integration capabilities. The PAT solution improves the ability to accurately control the product moisture content on-line and in real-time. The Invensys Mathis regulatory compliant solution improves the quality of the final product and minimizes the time required to characterize or develop each individual product.
